The CAESP – Arbitration Board of the State of São Paulo is a private, independent and non-profit entity, established in 1998 by lawyers Cássio Telles Ferreira Netto and Ana Claude Pastore.

The institution has the purpose of harmonizing human relations through Mediation and Arbitration, relying on arbitrators, lawyers and other professionals with special educational skills to manage conflicts in a fair and effective way.

In order to carry out its activities, CAESP has a modern structure that brings great agility to the entire process.

Its technical body is formed by highly specialized professionals, with vast experience and knowledge in various fields of Law, so as to always offer the fastest and fairest management and solution of conflicts. CAESP is composed of an Executive Board, a Technical Committee, and also an Ethics Committee and a Benefactor Committee.
